Chapter 01

2007

The builder

Started as a .NET developer. That foundation never left.

I began writing software in C# and .NET in 2007. The early years were about shipping features, fixing production issues, and learning how systems actually behave under load — not slides.

That builder habit still shapes how I lead: clear requirements, readable code, and delivery you can defend.

Chapter 02

2012

Belgium

International delivery on someone else’s critical system.

From Ghent, Belgium, I worked with Indecomm on Wolters Kluwer financial-services software — re-engineering a data-intensive risk platform on C# and SQL Server, improving code quality, and integrating across teams.

Working onshore taught me to communicate precisely across time zones, cultures, and stakeholders who needed the system to stay correct.

Chapter 03

2015–23

Enterprise scale

Infosys → Dell → Siemens Gamesa as a hands-on engineer.

At Infosys, I worked in the energy domain on data services and application support. At Dell Technologies, I contributed as a principal software engineer and later built mobile and web apps independently.

At Siemens Gamesa, I was a hands-on .NET / Azure engineer: ASP.NET Core Web APIs, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Functions, DevOps pipelines, Microsoft Entra ID authentication, microservice migration and containerization, architecture documentation, and mentoring junior consultants.

Education along the way: B.E. Computer Science, VIT; M.S. Software Systems, BITS Pilani. Credential: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.

Chapter 04

2023

The leadership turn

UPS ADM — from 17 engineers to 20+.

In July 2023 I joined UPS as an Applications Development Manager at the India Technology Center. I started leading a team of 17. That team is now 20+ engineers.

The work is product delivery for a high-volume UPS business line — multiple applications, partner integrations, and the people systems that keep delivery steady.

Chapter 05

Now

What I work on

Agents. Governance. Product at scale.

AI agent enablement

Helping engineering teams use AI agents in day-to-day development and operations — with quality guardrails, not theater.

Data governance for AI

Turning classification and policy into engineering practice so data can be used safely for AI across a large technology organization.

Product engineering at scale

Leading delivery across applications and partner integrations for a high-volume business line — cost-effective, measurable, public-safe.

People leadership

Aligning individual strength with hard problems so engineers grow while the product moves.

Philosophy

How I lead

  1. 1% daily improvement

Small, consistent gains compound. Culture beats one-off heroics.

  2. Clarity over complexity

Simple architecture, plain language, documentation people actually use.

  3. Growth through ownership

Autonomy with accountability. People grow when the work is theirs.
